Why you should move on in your life?
In order to move on, first we must un-learn ourselves. We have but one life, accepting the past would essentially open your soul to the present. You should move on, stagnation will always create complexities.
We cannot go to a new place until we move from the old. Past cannot be changed. It is not possible to live the present if we have a strong grip on our past. We cannot go back in time and manipulate things. Regretting about what has already taken place will give you a strong sense of control, a false control. Then why do we waste the present thinking about the past and future?
Assume you lose something very valuable to you, something which had emotional significance to you, an object given to you by a loved one, how would you feel? Apart from a deep sense of uneasy, you would surely try to find it. Even after repeated efforts, you are not able to get it back, so should you let it go or lament on it and waste your present?
Well common sense says that you should let it go, but easier said than done right?
Moving on won’t make you a coward, but it would help you in learning and accepting what happened with a positive attitude so that you can avoid it in the future.

What is Perception?
It is simply the way we narrate any sight to our mind. No matter what hardships we face throughout the life, they do not possess the power to control our living. In reality, happiness does not depend on the materialistic life we desire for; rather it depends on the sentiments we have about all the happening around us.
Perception acts as glares to our mind. Each one of us go through all sorts of emotions throughout our lives, happiness, sorrow, anger, sadness, fear etc. But we should remember that the ball is in our court always. Our viewpoint will decide its direction. The reminiscences of each incident should be taken in such a way, that they will open the door to a new room full of aspiration. And this can happen only if we move on. It is not possible to learn two chapters from a book simultaneously. Resembling the same fact, we cannot start a fresh new day if yesterday hasn’t been properly packed up.
Life is all about today. We are the king of our present and have the power to avail it the way we want. Every moment gives us a new experience. Each experience makes us learn a new thing. Instead of holding up what happened and sticking to its ramifications, we should use the same to make a better today by avoiding the fallacies that made the past unpleasant. The same present can be utilized such that it leads to a wonderful future. Life is uncertain. No one knows what next day is going to bring. Thinking about the bad past and letting it affect our present not only makes our today stagnant but also ruins the future.
It is said that, whatever happens, happens for one’s well being. We may not realize them at that time, but later it proves that whatever happened, has led to a beautiful being.
Joel Osteen, an American preacher and televangelist, has written in one of his books that, ‘moving on is not an automatic process but it should be decided to do so. We must rise up and say that no matter how disappointed we are, we are not going to let the past get best of us; we are going to move on with our life’.
Each moment is an era. It should be lived to its fullest. Move on and live in the moment. Our joy and satisfaction will become boundless.
